Yehudi Menuhin was a violinist who amazed the world as a child prodigy, performing with great orchestras before he was a teenager. He spent his long life using music to bring people together, playing for soldiers and survivors during World War II and later founding a school for young musicians. He believed music could build bridges between cultures, teaming up with sitar master Ravi Shankar on the Grammy-winning album West Meets East and performing with artists from India, jazz, and beyond.
